Heartstrings Art Studio

Amanda is the heart and soul behind Heartstrings Art Studio. She is a fine art painter who creates acrylic, oil, and mixed media paintings that “Feel like Home.” Her impressionist-style paintings are inspired by Christian and midwestern themes.

Amanda founded Heartstrings Art Studio in 2020, after trying her hand at painting as a hobby during the Pandemic. While she had no intention of leaving her full-time career as an Architect at that time, Amanda soon discovered that art was her true calling and not sharing her gift was to deny that calling. In 2024, she transitioned from over a decade of Architecture into life as a full time artist.

Amanda is a North Dakota native and her recently constructed home studio is located in rural Leonard, ND where she resides with her husband, Matthew, and their 3 busy sons.

Heartstrings Art Studio offers custom commissioned paintings, original paintings, fine art prints (produced by Amanda herself in studio!), painting parties/art classes, full wall mural artwork, home décor and more! The options are endless and Amanda will work with you directly to create a completely customized piece for your home or business.
